Technical Details

In products involving humidification and air washing, the material and craftsmanship of the water tank and waterway system directly determine the lifespan and safety of the product. Hisoair has accumulated profound craftsmanship in stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L) processing and manufacturing.

1. Stainless Steel Water Tank Fabrication

We use high-precision laser cutting and CNC bending technology to ensure the dimensional accuracy of water tank components. Stainless steel is not only pressure and drop resistant, but also effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria on the inner wall, making it the first choice for high-end humidifiers and purifiers.

2. Leak Prevention & Welding Control

The core of the waterway system lies in sealing. We use fully automatic argon arc welding (TIG) and laser seamless welding technology, resulting in smooth and uniform welds. Every water tank must undergo 100% high-pressure airtightness testing and water pressure testing before leaving the factory to ensure zero leakage even under extreme conditions.

3. Anti-corrosion & Food-Contact Material Handling

For components that may come into contact with water sources, we strictly implement food-contact standards. Through electropolishing and passivation treatment, a dense oxide film is formed on the stainless steel surface, significantly improving its resistance to chloride ion corrosion, ensuring no rusting and no precipitation of harmful substances during long-term immersion.
