What types of air purifiers does HisoAir manufacture?
We manufacture wall-mounted, desktop and ceiling-mounted air purifiers, while also developing custom air purifier platforms for residential, commercial and institutional applications.
What is the difference between private label, OEM, ODM and JDM?
Private label uses our existing platforms with your branding. OEM involves minor structural or filtration tweaks. ODM adapts our platforms with new CMF and features. JDM (Joint Development Manufacturing) is ground-up new product development.
What is the typical MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
MOQ varies by customization. Private label projects typically start at 300-500 units. Deep ODM or JDM projects require higher commitments to offset tooling and engineering costs.
How long does product development take?
Private label can launch in 30-45 days. ODM modifications usually take 3-4 months including regional certification. Full JDM projects typically require 6-9 months depending on complexity.
Which certifications can HisoAir support?
Our platforms are typically pre-tested or certified for ETL, FCC, CARB, CE, RoHS, CB, PSE, and KC. We manage regional compliance testing based on the target market.
Can HisoAir manufacture outside China?
Yes. Through our China+1 strategy, we utilize qualified contract manufacturing partners in Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia for scale assembly and tariff mitigation.
