Residential & Commercial Air Purification
The client needed to upgrade from a limited ionization-based product to a complete air purification solution with stronger particle filtration, mold-focused differentiation, long filter life, and the flexibility to serve both residential and demanding commercial environments.
HisoAir introduced the HA200 and HA400 wall-mounted platforms with customized silver ion filtration, high dust-holding capacity filters, automatic operation, and commercial-ready design—creating a scalable product family for allergy-sensitive, mold-prone, residential, and professional environments.
The client successfully expanded from a basic ionization product into a scalable wall-mounted air purification portfolio, strengthening its allergy and mold care positioning while opening opportunities in homes, hospitals, schools, hotels, and other commercial applications.

Long-Life Air Purification
For large-scale deployments, long filter life must be proven through real-world performance rather than theoretical claims. The challenge was to verify whether the HA400 could maintain strong clean-air delivery after more than one year while reducing filter replacement frequency and lifecycle maintenance costs.
HisoAir analyzed an HA400 high-dust filter returned after 408 days of operation in U.S. military housing, combining field inspection, laboratory performance testing, dust-holding capacity analysis, and lifecycle modeling to validate a practical once-a-year filter replacement strategy.
After 408 days, the HA400 retained approximately 91% of its nominal CADR while still showing remaining dust-holding capacity. The validation supported a conservative annual replacement cycle and demonstrated meaningful maintenance and lifecycle-cost advantages for large commercial and institutional deployments.

Wall Mounted Air Purification
The client needed to move beyond basic negative-ion products and develop a stronger purification platform capable of addressing allergy and mold concerns while meeting the continuous-operation, low-maintenance, and minimal-disturbance requirements of both residential and commercial environments.
HisoAir introduced the proven HA200 and HA400 wall-mounted platforms with customized silver-ion filtration, long dust-holding capacity, smart auto mode, and a no-disturbance interface, creating a more professional and scalable solution for allergy and mold-related applications.
