One Certified Filter Platform, Multiple System Configurations
Eliminate redundant tooling and redevelopment time. Our platform utilizes a shared filter-head architecture, allowing you to adapt the exact same Twist-Lock S6 cartridge into single, series, or parallel configurations depending on project constraints.

Series Connection

Parallel Connection
Utilizing the same certified cartridge in a series or parallel configuration does not automatically extend the certification listing to the new system. Final validation is always required.
Premium Under-Sink Cold and Sparkling Water Platform
Combine robust filtration with integrated compressor cooling and carbonation. Designed for modern kitchens and office pantries requiring high-end beverage delivery from a single smart faucet.
Values shown are based on the current 230V / 50Hz engineering specification. Performance may vary with ambient temperature, inlet-water temperature, pressure and final configuration.
What Does PFAS-Ready Actually Mean?
A PFAS-ready water purifier is not automatically PFAS-certified. It is a system whose media selection, contact time, flow path, cartridge capacity and testing plan have been configured around defined PFAS reduction targets.
PFAS-Ready
Media, flow path, contact time and cartridge capacity are configured according to PFAS reduction engineering targets.
Third-Party Tested
Specific system and cartridge combinations have completed independent testing with defined conditions and available reports.
Certified for PFAS Reduction
Exact model and cartridge configuration appear on the official listing of an accredited certification body.
Certification applies only to the exact system, cartridge and configuration identified in the official listing.
Technical references: U.S. EPA drinking-water regulations, applicable NSF standards and certification-body product listings.
What Can Be Verified for the Current S6 Configuration?
Certification applies only to the exact product model, filter cartridge, flow configuration and performance claims identified in the official listing. Series, parallel or customized configurations may require additional evaluation.
What PFAS-Ready Does Not Mean
PFAS-ready does not mean that every configuration is already certified. Final claims depend on the exact media, system flow rate, cartridge capacity, test conditions and certification status. Active certification requires ongoing compliance.
Variables Affecting Certification
Changing a faucet, modifying the flow rate, or altering the cartridge dimensions can invalidate an existing certification. We design our platforms to provide predictable performance, guiding you through the compliance implications of your customization choices.
The Master Listing Advantage
When utilizing components or systems that hold a Master Listing, the pathway to your own private-label certification is significantly streamlined.
Choose the Right PFAS Filtration Route
There is no single "best" media. The optimal technology depends on your target form factor, flow rate requirements, and certification strategy. We configure these technologies based on realistic performance metrics, not generic marketing claims.

What Is an NSF Master Listing?
PFAS-Ready vs PFAS-Certified: Engineering Differences
Carbon Block vs ACF for Target Contaminants
Frequently Asked Questions
Technical insights for OEM product planning.
What is the difference between PFAS-ready and PFAS-certified?
“Ready” implies the system is engineered with the correct media, contact time, and flow characteristics required to target PFAS. “Certified” means that exact configuration has passed official testing (e.g., NSF/ANSI 53) and holds an active public listing from an accredited body.
Which NSF standard applies to PFAS water filters?
NSF/ANSI 53 (Health Effects) is typically used for point-of-use systems reducing specific PFAS compounds in drinking water. NSF/ANSI 58 covers Reverse Osmosis systems which also effectively reduce broad spectra of contaminants.
Can an existing NSF-listed cartridge be used in a private-label system?
Yes. Utilizing an existing Master Listed cartridge can significantly streamline the certification process for your private-label system, provided the system housing and flow dynamics do not alter the cartridge performance.
Does changing the faucet or flow rate affect certification?
Yes. Modifications to the faucet, tubing, or flow restrictors can change the contact time of water with the filtration media, which may invalidate existing performance certifications and require re-testing.
Which is better for PFAS: carbon block, ACF or reverse osmosis?
There is no absolute “best.” Carbon block and ACF are effective for targeted adsorption in compact footprints. RO provides broad-spectrum reduction but requires pressure and generates wastewater. The choice depends on your specific product goals and market constraints.
Can HisoAir support a complete NSF certification project?
Yes, we provide end-to-end support for certification projects, including BOM preparation, sample coordination, and direct communication with testing laboratories to ensure compliance.
What information is required to recommend a filtration platform?
To recommend the optimal platform, we need to know your target contaminant claims, desired flow rate, form factor (countertop, under-sink), intended market, and whether you require smart/electronic features.
Can the system be manufactured outside China?
We offer flexible China+1 manufacturing strategies, with established supply chain and assembly options in regions like Thailand and Vietnam to support global distribution and mitigate risk.
What can be customized without opening new molds?
Through our Platform Customization level, you can modify colors (CMF), UI elements, select different standard faucets, configure filter media combinations, and apply custom branding without incurring the cost of new tooling.
How are replacement filters and recurring revenue programs developed?
We design systems with proprietary or specific form-factor cartridges, ensuring end-users return to your brand for replacements. We also assist in structuring the supply chain for reliable, long-term filter availability.
