Does wall-mount installation damage existing interiors?

No. HA180/HA380 ship with a rear quick-mount plate; cabling runs inside the chassis, leaving only four Ø8 wall anchors. A 24V low-voltage port at the base ties into central HVAC, so units can be retrofit during construction or operation.

What's the upfront cost and how fast does it pay back?

For a 200-room business hotel — one HA180 per room plus 6 HA380 in public areas — total hardware runs around US$66K. Factoring in reduced bad reviews, upgraded room positioning and ESG reporting, average payback is 14–18 months (see the ROI calculator above).

Can housekeeping change the filters themselves?

Yes. A magnetic front panel lifts off by hand to expose the filter. A full swap takes under 90 seconds with no tools. Particulate and carbon modules are independent quick-release cartridges, replaceable on their own schedules.

Can it integrate with our existing BMS or room-control system?

Yes — Modbus, BACnet and MQTT are all supported, with full OpenAPI documentation. Existing integrations include Honeywell, Schneider, Hisense and Guangtian. A standalone management console is also provided for hotels without BMS.

What's the minimum order and customization scope?

Minimum order is 30 units. Custom chassis colors (4 options) and partner-brand engraving available. Orders above 50 units include a dedicated project manager, on-site survey, install training and first-year filter supply.

Is it still necessary if we already have central HVAC?

Yes. Central HVAC handles air exchange (CO₂); our wall-mounted purifier handles air quality (PM / TVOC / odor). The two complement each other, and an in-room visible unit signals a premium amenity to the guest.
